This is a general health evaluation useful for preventive care and maintaining health.  Clients are given two (2) days to complete and submit our Well-Being Evaluation.  Upon receipt, we will evaluate your answers and follow up with recommendations based on our findings.  Results typically take 2-5 business days depending on how much research is required for your case.
