Refund Policy

NorthlandHolisticHealth.com does not issue direct refunds for the services or products sold via the online store or by phone transaction. All refunds regarding defective products and guarantees must be taken up directly with the respective manufacturer if, and only if, they offer such a policy.

We do not allow any returns on supplements, as we are unable to control the temperature of these products once they have been shipped.

We will not issue refunds for shipments seized by Customs officials.

All products sold on this site are not guaranteed effective by the owners of this site; product descriptions are merely a copy of information provided by the manufacturer, and hence, we are not directly responsible for the claims made about the products.

Shipping

All purchases shipped within the continental United States or to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses are charged the appropriate shipping fee based on the shipping carrier (UPS or U.S. Postal Service) and method (regular or priority) you select.

Please allow 7-10 days shipping time
 
Next Business and Second Day
Product orders must be placed before 11AM Central Time to ship same day.  This policy only applies to in-stock items.  UPS Ground will be the default shipment method for all special order items and items that are not in-stock.
 
Alaska, Hawaii, and International Orders
Extra shipping charges apply.
 
Shipping charges are in addition to product prices and are based on the total value of your order and recipient address.
 
We do not ship our tea products internationally at this time.

Order Complications

We will immediately notify you of any complications with your order, including back orders, special order items and credit card trouble.

International Shipping

Charges
All international orders, including Canada, are shipped via UPS and typically take approximately 7-14 days for delivery. Rates vary based on total package weight and final destination.

Duties and taxes
Our pricing does not include duties, insurance costs or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office.

 NorthlandHolisticHealth.com strictly follows all national and international regulations regarding the sale, purchase and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law within the United States or abroad.

Backorders
Domestic backordered items are usually shipped within 3-7 business days. Special order items may take longer. Any special order or backorder item will delay your international delivery. Unless instructed otherwise, your order will be shipped when all products are available.
